I studied figure and animal drawing, painting, sculpture and anatomy at the Academy of Art University which led me to doing animation in the San Francisco Bay Area. During the 90’s, I worked as a sculptors assistant learning many aspects of the business. For ten years I had worked in professional sculpture studios in Oakland, CA, Santa Barbara, CA and Loveland, CO as a sculptor’s assistant before I received my first large scale public art commission which began my career as a studio artist. Since 2008 I have been working on sculptures for public and private collections throughout the US and exhibiting at art festivals.
