Ever since Sutton Betti was a child, he has had a natural inclination for drawing. His artistic family background has had a profound effect on his development in this field. After enrolling in the Academy of Art University in San Francisco, the young artist developed an interest in sculpture. He subsequently worked as an assistant to bronzes sculptors in California and Colorado, which eventually led to his professional career in the arts taking off in 2008.
Today, Betti produces bronze sculptures that are intricately detailed and imbued with a lifelike quality. His monumental pieces celebrate the achievements and sacrifices of historical figures, military, civic leaders and athletes.
